Off Season - Is there one??

You would think that with the end of the season coming, it is time for a bit of R&R - the reality is, this is the time to start working on "improvements" for next year.


What do I need to work on? How can I do this? Time to tweak the shooting style?


We will add a few tips with regards to training, recovery, fitness as well as a few easy drills you can do at home that hopefully will help you.
